Acme Armature Works’ average turnaround time for servo motor and electro-mechanical repair is 5-7 business days. We understand machines don’t break down during normal business hours. Because of this, we offer two levels of expedited services as outlined below. Contact Acme Armature Works anytime! We are ready to help!
Priority-Rush Repair Service
Our priority-rush repair service means that the item is processed as fast as possible during normal business hours. Your repair is our priority. Upon receiving a purchase order we will repair / refurbish your item and ship it back to you within 2-3 business days. If we cannot ship the item back within 3 business days we will waive the rush fee.
Emergency Service
Upon receiving a purchase order we will stay on your project nite and day around the clock until the job is finished. We are ready no matter what the time! There is an additional overtime charge per employee plus additional expenses for after hours repairs.
